Biography

Warner Mariani joined the firm as Counsel in 2019. He brings a wealth of experience and an extensive breadth of practice to the firm. Warner graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1991 and since then has represented hundreds of small businesses, corporations and individuals in need of legal help or advice. Warner is a hands on lawyer with experience in many areas of the law. His clients get his personal attention and he is able to offer a unique perspective because of the breadth of his experience.

 

Warner’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, estate planning, probate, and business representation. From 2005 through 2019, Warner served as law clerk for the Honorable Kathleen A. Durkin of the Orphans’ Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. There he has handled matters involving decedents’ estates, trusts, wills, guardians of the person and minors’ estates, estates of incapacitated persons, powers of attorney, civil commitments, non-profit associations and non-profit corporations, and inheritance and estate tax matters. 

 

Warner Mariani is an active member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
