- Attorney James Poerio focuses on workers' compensation defense and the defense of coal mine operators involved in federal black lung litigation. His legal work involving the Federal Black Lung Benefits Act spans more than 25 years.
- Attorney Susan Mason concentrates on defense of employers and insurers in workers' compensation litigation. She represents a broad variety of clients from large national employers to small, family-owned businesses. She is also certified by The Centers for Medicare and Medical Services in securing Medicare Set Aside approvals under the Medicare Secondary Payor Act.
- Attorney Robert Walter represents employers and insurance carriers in the areas of workers' compensation litigation, unemployment compensation, and Heart & Lung Act defense. He was a shareholder in the Pittsburgh headquarters of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. with James Poerio before joining forces to create Poerio, Walter & Mason, Inc., along with Susan Mason.
- Attorney Regis Moeller practices in the areas of Subrogation & Recoveries, Business Law, Corporate Transactions & Litigation, as well as general liability and the defense of insurers in automobile tort claims. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and currently serves as Co-Chair of NASP's Amicus Committee. Prior to joining Poerio, Walter & Mason, Inc., he was the managing attorney at the Pittsburgh office of Reger, Rizzo, Kavulich & Darnall.
- Attorney Jonathan Beech joined the firm in 2008. Previously he was a Senior Claims Specialist with Cincinnati Insurance Company. At PWM, his practice focuses on workers' compensation defense, general liability defense, as well as Subrogation & Recoveries.
